- April For All Back Country Fishing Charters
4hr backcountry flats fishing charter:
$350 for 1-2 anglers.
6hr backcountry flats fishing charter:
$500 for 1-2 anglers.
8hr backcountry flats fishing charter:
$600 for 1-2 anglers.
*No Fish No Pay Policy! If we do not catch a game fish on a
backcountry or flats trip there will be no charge for the day
*Add $50 for each additional angler up to a maximum of four. No
extra charge for children under 16.
Rate is per boat, per trip, for the boat four anglers maximum.
If there will be the more than 4 anglers in your party, the only
way is by splitting the party into multiple boats. In that case,
the rate would apply to each boat. Don't let another guide tell
you it will be alright or fun to pack you on his boat with him
and 5 anglers, it will be crowded and his boat will be
overloaded, something that I am not willing to risk!
You will be fishing from my 24' Ranger Bay Boat or my 22' Texas
Shallow Sport Custom rigged with a full tower a quite 150 Four
stroke motor, with ample front and rear fishing platforms, this
boat is one of only a few in the area that can access the
shallowest of areas, where literally hundreds of fish are
trapped in pot holes and inaccessible by any other boats. Your
tackle is 7' Falcon Rods, and Penn Reels replaced yearly so my
clients Know that tackle failure is at its absolute minimum
rigged and ready. I personally lay it on the line very few in
this business offer the quality and cleanliness of my equipment.

jump a tarpon the trip is free! Guaranteed! No questions asked!
May-September Is Tarpon Fishing Season and during this time I
exclusively fish for tarpon.
Do not let another guide take you on a tarpon charter only to
end up back on the flats trout fishing. I have heard time after
time, from clients, that hired a guide to take them tarpon
fishing, only to be told sorry the tarpon just aren't in, well
let me say if you heard that in these months, you hired the
wrong guide.
Tarpon Fishing Rates For May, June, and
July Tarpon Fishing Only
*No Tarpon, No Pay! If we do not jump a tarpon on a 10hr Split
Day or Whole Day Tarpon Charter there will be no charge for the
trip. The No Tarpon, No Pay policy doesn't apply to 6hr Tarpon
Charters. 6hr AM Trip: 6hrs of tarpon fishing
starting at 6:00 AM and returning at 12:30 PM $600.00 1-2
anglers
6hr PM Trip: 6hrs of tarpon fishing
starting a 1:30 PM and returning at 7:30 PM $600.00 1-2 anglers
10hr Split Trip: 6hrs fishing
before lunch followed by a lunch break and then 4 hrs of tarpon
fishing after lunch No Tarpon, No Pay! $1100.00 1-3 anglers
The whole day: 6:00 AM start with a
1 hour lunch break at a local marina during the slow period and
a return to the dock a little before dark which is around 8:00
PM during the summer months. No Tarpon, No Pay! $1200.00 1-3
anglers
Tarpon Fishing Rates for August and September 6hr Tarpon Fishing: $500 for 1-2
anglers.
8hr Tarpon Fishing: $600 for 1-2
anglers. No Tarpon, No Pay!

The rate includes everything but food and drink (I do keep
plenty of ice and water on board). If there will be the more
than 4 anglers in your party, the only way is by splitting the
party into multiple boats. In that case, the rate would apply to
each boat. Don't let another guide tell you it will be alright
or fun to pack you on his boat with him and 5 anglers, it will
be crowded and his boat will be overloaded, something that I am
not willing to risk! And as a side note the area with largest
congregation of tarpon has a 3 lines only from a boat state law
in affect during the tarpon season, so only 3 people are allowed
to fish form a boat by Florida State Law.
All Charters Include The Following : Florida fishing license is
provided as well as all bait and tackle. There is an on board
cooler with ice and water for you convenience, and any fish
being taken to eat will be cleaned and bagged. The boat is a new
every year 24 foot Bay Ranger with state of the art equipment. I
also run a 22 foot Shallow Sport Tower Boat for very shallow
winter fishing. All tackle is high end spinning reels and
composite rods, or Stand up Conventional Combo, also new every
year.
I feel that hiring a guide is an important decision and Go Fish
Charters Inc/Capt Andy Boyette have been guiding clients for
tarpon, snook, red fish, and many other species since 1998. I am
a fifth generation Floridian and have lived in Southwest Florida
my entire life. I am a US Coast Guard Licensed Captain, since
starting my business in 1998 I have and continue to belong to
the following; the Burnt Store Marina Fishing Guide Assoc., the
Florida Costal Conservation Assoc., American Professional
Captains Assoc., and I am sponsored and endorsed by many
national companies, I have an occupational license for Lee and
Charlotte Counties, I carry commercial charter insurance for my
boat and clients, I also carry a saltwater fishing license and
all the permits necessary to run a legal charter service. I am
also registered as a Florida Corporation in the State of Florida
and can produce all the necessary documents to do business by
request. Do not be fooled by part time guides that are looking
to have you pay for the hobby. I spend my time on the water not
